Ms. Groves - Retirement Assembly

On Thursday the 19th December, the whole school came together for a special assembly. Ms Groves was retiring from Central Model Infants' School after 28 years. Ms. Groves first joined our school in 1996 and became principal in 2009.

The children were very sad to hear that Ms Groves was leaving the school, but had some great ideas on how she could spend her retirement. These included long walks with her dog, lots of coffee shop chats with her friends and getting some well deserved rest.

The children with some help from their teachers prepared a very special assembly to say Slán Leat agus Go Raibh Maith Agat. Take a look at some highlights below.
