Over the past few months we have been taking part in the Zoom Ahead with Books Project which is literacy project designed to encourage parental involvement and promote children's enjoyment and motivation to read for pleasure.
Our pupils worked with their book buddies over a number of weeks, reading together, chatting together and drawing pictures together based on their favourite part of the book.
We were delighted to welcome parents and families to our school last week for our Zoom Ahead with Books Exhibition.
Pupils and the families took a gallery walk and admired all the amazing art.
